Pegasus Airlines Didn't Apply Discounts To My Child's Ticket

During a Pegasus sale, I recently purchased plane tickets for myself and my 4-year-old child. To my dismay, I discovered that the discount was only applied to my ticket because I am an airline member. I contacted them, wondering why they didn't apply the same discount to my child's ticket, given that a 4-year-old cannot become a member. However, I only received automated responses. I tried again, providing more information and explaining my situation in the hopes of receiving a thoughtful response. Nonetheless, I received the same automated response, indicating that they did not bother to read my appeal or address my concerns. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of consideration and genuine customer service. I'd like to cancel the flight and get a refund. Pegasus' lack of responsiveness has tainted my experience and trust in their service.
