Pegasus Broken Baggage Problem





Hello, I made a flight with Pegasus Airlines on April 30. At the end of the flight, my suitcase was broken. 2 of its wheels were broken and one of its wheels was cracked. The report was kept and I wrote to customer service. They told me to have it repaired. The suitcase is not repaired in the country I am in. I don't have an invoice because I bought my suitcase 2 years ago, but I know the approximate value. They have been sending me the same message for 20 days. My broken suitcase is worth €30 , but it is impossible to buy a new suitcase at this price in Europe. Every ticket I buy and my suitcases are insured when I buy tickets. But the company tells us about funny numbers as if the insurance does not cover it. I want this problem solved now. I am sending the current luggage prices, they keep sending the same message as an automatic message, not even considering that. Please find a solution and let's get rid of this problem.
