Pegasus Blocks Reward Points During Peak Travel Periods

I am a Pegasus BolBol member, and between December 15, 2025, and December 28, 2025, I tried multiple times to purchase flight tickets using my points through the mobile app. However, points were not accepted on almost any flight.
Whenever I selected the option to pay with points in the app, I repeatedly received the message “This flight cannot be purchased with points.” Because this issue kept occurring, I contacted Pegasus customer service, and I was told that point usage is completely disabled during certain periods.
However, while earning points and during promotional campaigns, it is clearly stated that BolBol points can be used for flights. The fact that points cannot be used on nearly any flight during peak periods creates a serious sense of unfairness and causes customer frustration.
As a BolBol member, I want to be able to use the points I have earned across a reasonable range of flights and dates, not just on a very limited number of options. My name is D C***, and I am requesting that my BolBol account be reviewed, that point usage restrictions be clearly and transparently defined, and that the system be improved so members can actually use their points in a meaningful way.
