Pegasus Airlines Encourages Us to Use App So They Sell Ticket at Higher Prices
It's not clear to me why Pegasus Airlines made changes so quickly that seemed to be meant to get people to buy more expensive tickets. People are encouraged to use an app to earn points that can be redeemed for flights as part of the promotion. But while the tickets are being bought, a problem comes up that makes it impossible to get the ticket right away, even though it was said that plenty of points would be enough. As shown in the attached picture, a ticket that could be bought is now marked as "not available." This difference seems like a clear attempt to trick customers, making the option that was advertised as being easy to get with bonus points impossible to get. Also, the way your customer service reps talk and answer questions makes them seem uninterested in helping customers, which makes people even less happy with how your business works overall.
