Pegasus Airlines Poor Customer Support Complaint
My spouse flew from Sabiha Gökçen to Ordu on July 16, 2024, on Pegasus flight H7ZR69. Despite checking in the luggage, it was not loaded onto the plane and was not received upon arrival. When I called customer service, it took about 50 minutes to get connected. When explaining the situation, Ms. M**** from lost baggage showed little concern, stating that an investigation would be conducted and nothing could be done immediately. I requested that the luggage be sent on the next flight and then delivered to my address by courier. I will never fly with this airline again.
