Pegasus Airlines Lost Two of My Suitcases and Won't Respond to My Claims
On September 5, I flew with Pegasus Airlines on the 10:25 PM flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Sharjah. Two of my suitcases went missing. I reported the loss at the airport, but when I try to submit a lost item claim through Pegasus, it says the claim was not accepted. I've reached out via their WhatsApp line, but there's no communication. I'm utterly confused about what to do next. How can two out of five of my bags go missing? I can't find anyone to address this issue. This lack of customer support is unacceptable. I need Pegasus Airlines to take responsibility and help me locate my missing luggage immediately! Please provide proper assistance and resolve this matter promptly.
