I'm writing to let Pegasus Airlines know how upset I am that they lost my luggage on my flight from Italy to Turkey. I've been here for three days now, and I'm still waiting for my luggage to be found and given back to me. So far, nothing has happened. All of my personal and tech items, including things for my baby, medicine, and clothes I bought for my trip, are in the lost luggage. The financial loss is big, and the loss of all my essential items is also hard on me emotionally. I'm interested in how Pegasus Airlines will make up for this problem. As an unhappy customer, I won't think about flying with Pegasus Airlines again until the problem is fixed quickly.
