On August 7th, my baggage was lost during my Ankara-Amsterdam flight, and it still hasn't been found as of today, August 19th. During this period, I had to cover my essential needs out of my own pocket. Despite sending the receipts for these expenses to the finance team on August 10th, I have not received any response to date.
My necessities (underwear, socks, t-shirts, pajamas) have become dirty during this time, and I need new ones. However, I cannot cover my new needs because my previous invoice has not been paid. I want to report this grievance.
Every day, I call Pegasus customer service and speak with representatives, requesting that the email I sent to the finance team be prioritized, but I still have not seen any results. I spend at least 30 minutes each day during my trip explaining this situation.
I came abroad with a limited budget and deeply regret choosing Pegasus Airlines. This company, which has left me in a very difficult situation throughout my trip, still hasn't found my lost baggage and is not helping in any way! As of now, I have been trying to meet my needs abroad with my own budget for 12 days without my belongings, and I am really experiencing great distress.
