Pegasus Airlines Ignored Car Rental Complaints
Hello everyone. Why does Pegasus, a company providing car rentals through its website, turn a deaf ear to the grievances of its frustrated customers? CarTrawler, responsible for many people's dissatisfaction, raises the question: Why does Pegasus remain indifferent despite numerous complaints about this company? Does saying "We are just intermediaries" mean you bear no responsibility for or lack any involvement in transactions conducted through your service? Is there no authority at Pegasus to oversee audits or address customer grievances? How does it benefit you to have people mistreated? Why are you so unresponsive and seemingly oblivious? Do you have no mechanism to audit the companies you make agreements with? Or is your approach to service flawed, lacking the necessary knowledge and experience to tackle irreparable problems, leading you to this situation? Do you not have someone in your company with the knowledge to step in and take charge? I propose to Pegasus authorities to conduct necessary audits on the concerned company and appoint someone to listen to the complaints of the victims. I request that my suggestion be taken into consideration, and I demand information through Şikayetvar and my email address regarding the actions taken on this matter. There has been no response from the Pegasus company in any way. My grievance is still ongoing... My money has been seized even though I did not receive any service. And I still cannot reach the car rental company called Car Trawler, which they mediate for. There are many victims like me... I urgently expect them to produce a solution...
