Pegasus Airlines Forces To Buy Checked in Luggage By Cancelling Purchased Cabin Baggage

the airline cancelled my previously purchased cabin baggage and I was forced to purchase checked baggage. 1-bought return ticked Tehran IKA-Dalaman with cabin baggage option for both legs of the journey. 2-flow from IKA-Ist-Dalaman with my cabin baggage OK. 3-2 days before my return pegasus emailed me to say I had no cabin or checked-in baggage allowed for my return journey. 4-I had no option but to buy (rebuy) 12.5KG checked-in luggage.
