Pegasus Airlines Flight Delay and Lost Luggage Issue
On July 30, 2024, I had a flight with Pegasus Airlines scheduled to depart for Sweden at 9:00 AM. The flight was delayed due to a part replacement and eventually took off at 11:30 AM. Upon arrival in Sweden, my luggage did not arrive for another hour. Because of this delay, I missed my pre-booked bus ticket and had to wait an additional 2 hours for the next bus. I contacted Pegasus customer service, but they responded that these issues are common and that they would not compensate for my losses. They claim to provide European services, yet their customer satisfaction is absolutely zero. I urgently request a call back and a resolution.
