Pegasus Airlines Didn't Refund My Money

I purchased SAW-PRG, WAW-AYT, and AYT-SAW tickets for my Schengen visa application (January 28-February 2) months ago. Even though my visa application documents were complete, I canceled my ticket 12 days in advance (January 16, 2024) because it was evaluated negatively. They refunded only the tax part of my ticket. I request the remaining part of my money. I find it unfair that they confiscated the ticket money they earned from me, as they would sell my ticket to other passengers at a higher price.
