Using the eDreams app, after checking in at all counters and receiving our tickets, we were stopped just before boarding the plane by Pegasus staff. Despite carrying 8 kg of hand luggage within the allowance, we were fined €150 because Pegasus claimed it wasn't recorded in their system, leading to our flight being canceled. The disrespectful and arrogant behavior of Pegasus staff continued when they refused to provide a receipt for the forced fine, stating, "We don't issue receipts, we send them via email." After insisting, they reluctantly allowed a photo of the computer screen as proof. Just as we were about to reboard, several staff members turned us away, stating, "You're not getting on this flight." Despite support from fellow passengers and offers of help from the police, Pegasus claimed their rights as a private company to deny service and cancel flights at will, leaving us severely distressed. Hours later, we managed to secure a second ticket and, upon confirming our flight time, were shocked to hear, "You're on the blacklist. If you buy 10 tickets from Pegasus Airlines, they'll all be canceled without refund." This summarizes my ordeal. Another employee suggested filing complaints with CİMER and civil aviation authorities. Eventually, we managed to return to Germany with great difficulty using another airline. I will not rest until justice is served for what we endured.
