On the pointlessness of complaining about Pegasus—at this point, I think it is completely pointless to complain about a delayed Pegasus flight anymore, because I have submitted many complaints in the past and none of them have made a difference. I’ve reached the conclusion that it’s better to choose other airlines from now on. My flight details: April 5, 2025, scheduled departure time 09:10, departure location: Mardin Airport, destination: Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, PNR No: PC2431. The delay was 1 hour and 50 minutes, with the estimated departure pushed to 11:00.
