Pegasus Airlines is constantly experiencing delays. This time, it was a 100-minute delay. Despite passengers' growing frustration, no updates were provided throughout the wait. No official could help us. No explanation was given. Even the flight crew appeared disorganized, adding to the chaos. No one can solve our problems. It is definitely not a company to choose. Everyone has been tired and hungry for hours.
