Pegasus Airlines Cancelling Ticket Without Refund

Unfortunately, I had to write this review after a recent bad experience with Pegasus Airlines. I bought my ticket a week ago and was eagerly anticipating takeoff. However, to my utter surprise, my ticket had been canceled and the fee refunded when I checked in on the final day. And to make matters worse, neither e-mail nor text message from Pegasus Airlines informed me of the cancellation. If I didn't cancel my ticket, why wasn't I notified? It is unfortunate that an airline like Pegasus Airlines would behave so irresponsibly. For the trouble they've caused, they owe me an explanation and some form of recompense. My experience with Pegasus Airlines has taught me to warn others about the company.
