Pegasus Airlines Canceled My Flight and Ignored My Compensation Request
Our outbound flight tickets for our Antalya - Sharm El Sheikh vacation, scheduled for January 12-18, 2025, with reservation numbers yfeunp and yfdsf, were canceled by Pegasus Airlines without our request. Based on our long-term planning, we booked a 5-night stay at Sharm Inn Amarein Boutique Hotel for $252.55 and paid approximately $10 for taxi transfers on our arrival and return dates. Since we are both working individuals, my husband and I scheduled our vacation leave accordingly. Due to the financial and emotional inconvenience caused by Pegasus canceling our tickets, we request either round-trip tickets to Sharm El Sheikh or reimbursement for our expenses. We contacted Pegasus customer service and filed a compensation request under reference number 11494458, but we received an email stating the request was closed a day later. We reached out to customer service again and submitted another request, but there has been no resolution. We have already been seriously affected by this situation and urgently request that Pegasus Airlines rectify the issue and resolve our grievance.

Our Pegasus flight from Antalya to Sharm El-Sheikh on January 12, 2025, has been canceled. According to the amendment made to Article 3, clause (b) of the regulation by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, published in the Official Gazette dated December 10, 2024, and numbered 32748, it is stated that "compensation of 400 Euros must be paid for international flights between 1500 and 3500 km." Accordingly, I am requesting compensation of 400 Euros for the international flights with the reservation number yfeunp.
