Pegasus Airlines' return policy is nothing, won't use them again!! I spent my 21,000 hard-earned points for a ticket on April 13th, only to refund it shortly after. To my astonishment, only 800 points were added back to my account when I received my refund. Where are the remaining points I made? I've waited two days and still haven't received the last 20,000 points back into my account. Since Pegasus hasn't yet given my points back, I need to buy a ticket quickly but I can't. It's unfair that I have to wait for something that ought to have been returned to me right away.
the airline Pegasus, I demand that you quickly credit my account with my points. It's unfair that you're denying me those points when I worked hard to acquire them. Your refund policy has to be changed since it is unfair. I'm experiencing unneeded worry and inconvenience because of your inaction and slow response. Dealing with airlines that don't appreciate their consumers is becoming old for me. Pegasus Airlines should start treating its clients with the decency they merit.
