I travelled from Stansted London to Sharjah via Istanbul. At Stansted London airport the boarding team offered me to book my cabin bag which I accepted. Flight was delayed around 2 hours at Stansted London airport. I didn’t get one bag at Sharjah airport and I reported it at Sharjah airport Baggage lost and found Team. They promised me to deliver at my final destination Sialkot Airport (Pakistan) if they receive it and I have to request Baggage and lost team at Sialkot airport. I asked them and they said me Pegasus Airlines need to contact us to deliver the baggage at Sialkot airport. I sent that reply on WhatsApp to Pegasus airline baggage lost and found team at Sharjah airport. Next day I received email and WhatsApp’s message that my baggage has arrived at Sharjah Airport and can be collected. I contacted at least 2 times to deliver the baggage at Sialkot airport or at my temporary address in Pakistan but never received reply from Pegasus Airlinea baggage lost and found team at Sharjah.
