Pegasus Airlines  Lost Luggage And Disappointed From The Service

I lost my bag on 25th of November 2023 from Qatar to Zurich. The flight has been delayed 3hours, I was waiting in the carousel to find my luggage but nothing , I contacted the Pegasus team in Zurich was very helpful, he checked nothing. I check with team Qatar said that the luggage has been loaded to Istanbul. I made report in Zurich and till now no response from Pegasus Istanbul. My vacation was terrible as all my clothes and gifts was in the luggage. First time and last time I flew with Pegasus.
