My Baggage Arrived Damaged at Ercan Airport, Denied Damage Report by Pegasus Airlines Staff

On September 7, 2024, at 9:30, we landed at Ercan Airport, and one of our suitcases arrived at the baggage claim area completely open with a broken zipper. I went to the damaged baggage desk to file a report. The staff member initially claimed the bag wasn't damaged, and without taking any information from me, said that he had already reported it to Pegasus via email. When I asked for a damage report, he stated that it wasn't part of the procedure, insisting that he had made the report. It was clear he was lying. He claimed there was no supervisor and directed me to the Pegasus office.
At the office, two female employees gave the same response, stating that they no longer provide damage reports as part of their procedure, which was another clear lie. When I called to report the damage, I learned that no report had actually been created. It's disappointing and embarrassing that a company like Pegasus employs staff who blatantly lie to customers and protect dishonest colleagues in the airport's baggage department. I insist on receiving my damage report and proper assistance regarding this issue.
