Lost Journey, Missed Flights, and False Information at Pegasus Airlines

I was planning a trip abroad and booked my ticket with Pegasus Airlines. I couldn't fly despite repeatedly calling their customer service for clarification on whether I needed more information, if I could fly, or if I couldn't. My flight took me from Van to Istanbul, then to Doha via a connecting flight. The staff at Van Airport went above and beyond to help me obtain my check-in and boarding pass for the connecting flight from Van. When I asked if there were any problems, they assured me that there weren't. They also updated my passport information, which resulted in changes to my ticket. Unfortunately, as a result of their error, Pegasus only covered my three-hour stay in Istanbul. They then issued a return ticket for me, despite the fact that I could have traveled from Van to Qatar. I only discovered this on my own, because Qatari police would have deported me to Turkey. Furthermore, I encountered several issues in Istanbul, where they informed me that they would not allow me to board the plane due to an incorrect procedure performed by their Van staff. They admitted that they had given me incorrect information, but if they had informed me correctly in Van, I might have been able to take corrective action. Because they did not, I found myself in Istanbul, where it was too late to make any changes. As a result, I request that Pegasus reimburse me for my hotel reservation in Qatar as well as a full refund for my ticket. If necessary, I am willing to pursue both financial and emotional damages in court. One person's inaccurate information cost me two days of my life. While I accept some responsibility, I also made extensive efforts to clarify matters, both by phone and by visiting the airport, without receiving accurate information. As a result, I request that Pegasus respond to this matter as soon as possible.
