I Can't Rebook My Pegasus Flight Due to System Error and Useless Live Support

I’ve been trying to rebook my Pegasus Airlines flight from Basel, Switzerland to Beirut, Lebanon, but the process is completely broken. Every time I reach the payment confirmation step, I get an error message saying “A SYSTEM ERROR,” and the transaction fails. I’ve attempted this several times, across different browsers and devices, but the issue persists with no explanation or fix.

When I contact Pegasus live support, they ask the same repetitive and unhelpful questions like a script, offering no real solution. They keep telling me to try again later, but that’s not acceptable when time-sensitive travel plans are at stake.

I need an immediate resolution. Either fix the system glitch or allow me to rebook manually without more delays. Pegasus needs to acknowledge this problem and offer actual assistance—not robotic replies. I'm incredibly frustrated and expect this to be resolved without further stalling.
