I Am Subject to Pegasus Airlines Unfair Ticket Cancellation Charges

I bought two tickets on September 27, 2023, with the PNR numbers MWEJZ1 and MV171F. They were for a trip from Istanbul to Eindhoven on January 31, 2024, and from Rotterdam to Istanbul on February 4, 2024. I bought round-trip tickets for the same flight on the same date with eight other people. We all canceled our plans for October 19, 2023. Everyone had to pay an extra 200 to 300 naira for both legs, but I had to pay 600 naira for the outbound ticket and 900 naira for the return ticket. Customer service said it might be possible. Dealing with such a silly company has made me feel very bad. What a shame it is that Pegasus Airlines treats everyone differently. Their search for a way to make money seems to have gone off track... Deciding to ride Pegasus is a bad idea.
