Pegasus Overcharged Me for Round-Trip Ticket Despite Lower Prices Later

On December 21, 2024, I purchased a round-trip Pegasus Airlines ticket from Munich to Konya through the mobile app, paying a total of ₺13,629. However, on December 23, 2024, I checked the same route, schedule, and package and found the total fare had dropped to ₺11,198. This drastic price reduction within just two days makes no sense, especially with less time remaining before the flight.

I understand price increases due to limited availability, shorter booking windows, or rising fuel costs. However, none of these factors explain why the price would drop significantly within such a short period. Did a large number of passengers cancel their tickets at the same time? Did fuel prices suddenly drop? If there isn’t a concrete explanation, it feels like ticket prices are being manipulated, much like stock market fluctuations.

As a long-time customer, I feel cheated and disappointed. I even postponed my trip to January 2 due to the high prices, risking my plans. Now I see that tickets for both January 1 and January 2 are priced the same! This lack of transparency and fairness has left me distrustful of Pegasus Airlines. I will not choose your services again, even if the price difference is significant. I expect a clear and valid explanation for this pricing inconsistency.
