This privilege has allowed me to transfer points within my family and redeem them for tickets. However, I ran into a problem about a month ago: I can no longer transfer points, receive transfers, or use my points to book tickets. I contacted Pegasus via email, and their response was perplexing. They claimed that my account had been suspended for "rules violations and misuse." This response is illogical because Pegasus granted me these benefits, which I have fully utilized. I respectfully request that my membership be reactivated. If necessary, I am willing to take this matter to the Arbitration Board.
