Bigo Live Keeps Blocking My Streams Without Explanation

I have been experiencing serious problems with the Bigo Live and Hero Chat apps for some time. Whenever I start a stream, I am repeatedly removed from the stream without justification and my broadcasts are blocked. This has been happening for several days, and I keep getting banned without any explanation. I also believe I am being treated unfairly, especially because it seems that the chats of users with SVIP status are being given special priority.

In addition, I discovered that some people are starting streams using my profile picture and my name. In other words, I am not only being unfairly blocked from my own broadcasts, but people are also creating fake streams using my name and photo without my permission. This situation is extremely disturbing and makes me concerned about my safety.

I request that the unfair restrictions on my broadcasts be removed, that my account be thoroughly investigated, and that any fake streams created using my name and photo be taken down. I also request that appropriate action be taken against the accounts responsible for this misuse and that I receive a clear written explanation regarding this situation.
