Bigo Live Streams Keep Disconnecting for Days

I have been experiencing serious problems with the Bigo Live app on my Huawei Y7 Pro phone for a long time. My streams frequently get disconnected, and the messaging feature also stops working almost immediately for both sides. If I am able to start a stream one day, it may remain unavailable for the next three days. This has become extremely frustrating.

My friends and I can exchange messages only two or three times before the stream is suddenly disconnected. We have a group of approximately 50 friends, and all of us are experiencing and complaining about these problems. In addition, no new friends have been joining the app for months. Even though I send dozens of likes every day, I receive almost no engagement, as if my likes are not reaching anyone.

Because of these ongoing issues, we have even started considering leaving Bigo Live. We believe there may be a restriction or streaming ban affecting our accounts, and we want this restriction to be removed so that streaming and messaging can work without interruptions. I request that the issue be investigated and that my account and my friends’ accounts be restored to full working order.
