Bigo Live Messages Stop Working for Days at a Time

I use the Bigo Live app on my Huawei Y7 Pro phone in Sulu Sokak, Albayrak Mahallesi, Turgutlu, Manisa. For approximately six months, I have been experiencing serious problems with the app’s private messaging feature. My messages will work for one day, but then they will not send at all for the next three days. As a result, I am unable to communicate properly with my friends. We have a group of approximately 35 friends, and none of us are satisfied with this situation.

I have contacted Bigo Live several times about this issue, but no permanent solution has been provided. We simply want to use the app normally, but the constant interruptions and failure to send messages are causing ongoing inconvenience and frustration.

I request that the problems with sending and receiving messages be permanently resolved and that I be able to use the app normally without any restrictions or broadcasting/messaging bans.
