Pedigree Rodeo Dog Treats Found Spoiled Before Expiration Date
On April 28, 2026, I purchased a large quantity of Pedigree Rodeo dog treats from the Migros stores in Fethiye, Muğla, specifically the Otogar and Erasta AVM locations. I stored the products at home under appropriate conditions and checked their expiration dates. Although there were no tears, deformation, or swelling in the packages and the products had at least nine months remaining before their expiration dates, I discovered that some of the packages contained spoiled treats when I opened them. In total, I found six packages containing spoiled products.
I went to the Migros stores where I purchased the products and explained the situation. I was told that because the 15-day return period had passed, the stores could not take any action and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I then called the phone numbers listed on the packages one by one, but no one answered any of my calls, and I was unable to reach anyone or speak with a representative.
I subsequently searched online and called the company phone numbers and customer service numbers I found, but once again, none of my calls were answered and I received no response. Finally, I found a single email address and sent a detailed explanation of my complaint on August 19, 2026. However, as of today, I have still received no response to that email.
The fact that the products were spoiled, combined with Pedigree's complete failure to respond despite my repeated attempts to contact the company through multiple channels, has caused me significant inconvenience and seriously damaged my trust in the brand. I request full compensation for the financial and non-financial harm caused by the six spoiled packages. I also request that Pedigree provide a clear and satisfactory explanation both to me and to the public regarding this situation. Otherwise, I would like to inform the company representatives that I will pursue legal action using all of the product photos and documentation in my possession and will share my experience through social media and appropriate news outlets.
