Pedigree Dog Food Arrived With Torn Package, No Response After Two Weeks

My Pedigree product arrived with a torn package on December 5, 2024 — a ready-to-eat beef dog food pouch. I filed a complaint through Yemeksepeti and provided proof of the defect, but it has been two weeks and nothing has been resolved. I was supposedly going to receive a 38-lira coupon, but it was never given. I have screenshots of everything.
The package is still with me, unused, and the torn pouch is still sitting here. Since there is no customer support within the app, I can’t reach anyone about this issue. I’m honestly exhausted. I’m tired of having a new problem every single time.
