Pdfsimpli Took Money Without Subscription or Permission

I used the Pdfsimpli website through Google to convert a PDF file and paid $1 as a one-time fee. I did not start any subscription or approve any recurring payment.

However, on December 25, 2025, $23 was charged to my bank card without my knowledge or consent. The transaction details are not clearly shown—I can only see the charge in my card account, and there is no clear description of the transaction. Even though I did not request any subscription or recurring payment, I do not accept that this amount was withdrawn from my account without my permission.

I contacted Pdfsimpli in writing about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I also could not find any clear customer support channel to reach them, so my issue remains unresolved.

I am requesting an immediate and full refund of the $23 charged to my card without my consent and the cancellation of any subscription or automatic payments that may have been set up under my name.
