Pdfsimpli Charged Me $23 After I Canceled My Subscription

On November 9, 2025, I made a one-time payment of $1 on the Pdfsimpli website. Immediately after the transaction, I canceled my subscription and received an email confirming that the cancellation was successful.

However, despite this, I later noticed that on December 22, 2025, at 2:30:46 PM, $23 was charged to my bank card without my knowledge or consent. Even though I had already canceled my subscription and received a confirmation email, this charge was still processed, causing both financial and emotional distress.

I have all supporting documents, including the receipt for the initial payment, the cancellation confirmation email, and the transaction record of the unauthorized charge. I am requesting that my subscription be fully terminated and that the $23 charged without my consent be refunded to me immediately.
