I paid ₺14.75 on the PDFSimpli website for a PDF editing service. However, shortly afterward, an additional ₺623 was charged to my account without my permission or approval. I never consented to such a transaction, and I demand that my money be refunded immediately. I did not authorize this, and this is clearly an unauthorized charge by PDFSimpli.

This situation is alarming and misleading. I kindly ask for your help resolving this matter promptly and ensuring that my funds are returned.
