I Face Unauthorized PDFSimpli Subscription Charge and Need a Refund

I recently discovered that PDFSimpli charged me 50 dollars on 29 May 2026 through my Mastercard in Ghana, even though I did not authorize any renewal or subscription continuation. I was not informed in advance about this payment and did not consent to being charged again. The transaction reference for this payment is FT261494VKOC, and the charge appears to be related to the PDF conversion service. Since I did not approve this renewal, I consider this payment unauthorized. I kindly request a full refund of the 50 dollars that was taken from my account and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription associated with my details. I also ask that you confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
