On 5th of september, I used the Pdfe.com website on my computer via Chrome for the very first time to edit a PDF file. The system clearly showed me at IDR 18,500 for that one time use of fee for the service, which I paid in order to complete the document editing. However, today 12 of september after the transaction, I received a notification from Bank Mandiri they charged me at IDR 920,000 to my card without my consent. At no point during the process was I informed that such a high amount would be taken, nor was I presented with any subscription notice or confirmation box to approve ongoing payments. Even though I specifically selected the option not to save my card details, the system stored them anyway, which raises serious concerns about data security and unauthorized use. This situation not only broke my trust but also caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I had to cancel my card immediately to prevent further charges, which disrupted my time and created a serious financial risk. I demand the following actions without delay: Immediate deletion of my card information from your system Full cancellation of my account and any hidden subscription Guarantee that no further unauthorized charges will be attempted Pdfe.com must address this issue urgently. Unauthorized charges and storing customer card data against their will are unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution and confirmation that my refund and cancellation have been processed.
