PDF-CHARGES Took $24.97 From My Debit Card After a Free Trial

On June 19 of this year, a charge of $24.97 USD from a company named PDF-CHARGES was made to my Banco Agrícola debit card without my consent. Previously, I had only activated what was presented as a free 7‑day trial of a PDF converter and at no time did I authorize paid charges, discounts, or the start of any paid subscription. I was not clearly informed that a payment of $24.97 USD would be made to my debit card once the trial ended, nor did I receive any notice or reminder before the charge. I consider this charge unauthorized and contrary to what I understood when I accepted the free trial. With this complaint, I request a full refund of the $24.97 USD charged, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to my data with PDF-CHARGES, and the blocking of any future charges to my card by this company. I ask that my case be reviewed as soon as possible and that written confirmation of the refund, cancellation, and blocking of future charges be sent to me.
