I created an account on pdfguru.com using my PayPal account (email: martin.r***[email protected]) for what was advertised as a $1 trial. I was not clearly informed that this would turn into an automatic monthly subscription, and I did not knowingly approve recurring payments. Despite this, I have been charged several times through PayPal. On October 13, 2025, I was charged $1.99, and on October 19, 2025, I was charged $49.99. After that, I was charged $49.99 every month: one payment in November 2025, one in December 2025, one in January 2026 and one in February 2026. I only discovered these repeated charges on the night of March 16, 2026, when I reviewed my PayPal activity. I did not intend to subscribe to a paid monthly plan and did not knowingly authorize ongoing payments at this price. I have tried to resolve this, but it has been difficult for me to get help and stop these charges. I am requesting a full refund for five months of subscription charges, with a total amount of $249.95, and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription or recurring payment linked to my PayPal account on pdfguru.com so that no further amounts are taken without my clear consent.
