Please Process The Full Refund To My Original Credit Card

I am writing regarding an unauthorized recurring subscription that was created on my PDF Guru account. I noticed a charge of 1,693 TWD on August 28, 2026 from “STP*pdfguru” on my card, which I did not knowingly authorize as a recurring payment. The charge appears to be for the monthly Pro plan linked to my PDF Guru account with user ID 931d5b83-f76c-44e6-94df-386db5cfb383 and the email address johnny1***[email protected]. I do not wish to continue with this subscription and I did not intend for any automatic renewals to take place. I request that you immediately cancel the monthly Pro subscription associated with my account so that no further payments are taken, and that you refund the 1,693 TWD charged on August 28, 2026, which I consider to be unauthorized. I ask that you confirm the cancellation and refund by email.
