I am writing about an unauthorized charge of $49.99 from PDF Guru that appeared on my Chase credit account on March 20, 2026. I did not knowingly use this service, and once I saw it, I deleted it immediately, yet the charge was still made to my card. After noticing the charge, I tried to go into PDF Guru to cancel the subscription and stop any future billing, but I was not able to access my account there, so I could not complete the cancellation myself. I request that this $49.99 charge from PDF Guru be canceled and refunded, and that any active subscription or recurring billing associated with my Chase credit card for this service be fully canceled, without my credit card being closed. I also ask that you block any future attempts to charge my card from PDF Guru.
