PDF Guru Auto Charge of $49.99 – CBQ Card Dispute
Today at around 2:40 pm Qatar time, an amount of USD 49.99 was taken from my CBQ ATM card for a transaction described as “SA *Support Pdfguruc / PDF Guru”. I did not knowingly approve or intend to start any paid subscription or service with this company, and I was not clearly informed that such an amount would be charged automatically. I request that this unauthorized PDF Guru transaction of USD 49.99 be fully refunded to my card and that any related subscription or automatic payment linked to my CBQ card be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are made without my clear consent.
