I Have Not Received My Summer Order Since June 2
On June 2, I placed an order on Pazarama for 7–8 summer items, all of which were quite expensive. Today is the 13th, and the products still haven’t been shipped. When I call customer service, I can’t get a clear answer. This has been a huge letdown. My vacation will be over, and camp will start, but the items still haven’t arrived. As far as I’m concerned, I’m done with Pazarama. I clearly made a mistake choosing them when other platforms offer faster shipping and better prices. They don’t even bother to call and provide an update. I’m guessing an AI bot will respond here too with a generic “we’re looking into it” message.
