Pazarama Misled Me with False Discounts on Business Napkins and Canceled My Order
In early November 2024, I wanted to buy napkins for my business, and after researching on search engines and price-comparison platforms, I found the best price on the Pazarama app—about 5-10 percent lower than other sites. The listing showed a discount label, with only three items left, so I placed the order. The next day, two Pazarama employees called separately to say the listed price was incorrect and that I would only receive half of my order for what I paid. I declined and refused to cancel the order, but later saw they had canceled it and refunded my money. I believe they intentionally use tactics like this to lure customers with low prices, only to withdraw the offer and profit from disappointed buyers. I’ve lost all trust in Pazarama, deleted the app, and advised twelve friends who have done the same. By the time this was resolved, discounts on other sites expired, forcing me to buy the napkins at a higher price. Pazarama wronged me with this deceptive practice, and I cannot forgive them for it.
