Pazarama Sent Me a Bosch Drill Advertised as 5 Ah but Delivered as 2 Ah
On October 24, thinking it was a reliable source, I purchased the "Bosch GSR 18V-50 5 Ah Dual Battery Drill" from Pazarama. Despite the product being advertised as 5 Ah, it was sent to me as 2 Ah. I reported this to customer service, who informed me that they had spoken with the seller and that no 5 Ah units were available. They offered a refund if desired. However, the seller is still listing the product as 5 Ah and continues to send 2 Ah versions to customers, while Pazarama.com stands by the seller despite the complaints, showing disregard for its customers. Essentially, the seller is engaging in deceptive practices, and Pazarama is complicit. As a result, I won’t purchase from Pazarama.com again, and I feel a responsibility to warn other consumers.
Comments about the sale of the relevant product have been reported by other people experiencing the same issue. I also have a review, and amusingly, it says "resolved" on it. Even though I am directly involved, I have no idea how you resolved it. If your solution is to ignore the issue, you are doing a good job of it. I wish you lots of profit (!).
