Customer Service Frustration with Pazarama.com Order
On September 30, 2023, I ordered a cell phone from Pazarama.com, with the promise of "shipping within 4 days at the latest." However, 12 days later, after numerous messages and phone calls, I learned that the product was unavailable. Their customer service representatives did not even bother to respond to my messages. I purchased the phone as a birthday present for a family member, and I am unable to recoup my money, let alone the gift. Meanwhile, their customer service promised to refund the cost of the product and provide a satisfaction coupon to compensate for the inconvenience. However, three days have passed and no one has provided me with any information. The product was on sale on other websites when I purchased it 14 days ago, and I'm not sure if I can still get it at that price. I regret mentioning Is Bank's trustworthiness. I've never had such a dreadful experience. I've had a nightmare as a result of Pazarama.com.
