I Requested a Return but UPS Still Hasn’t Started the Process


I placed an order on 10.05.2025. My Pazarama order number is 166203830, and the MNG Kargo order number is PZ02544742595. Since 12.05.2025, the package has been listed as being at the Göktürk branch under tracking number 658025353338. I contacted MNG customer service by phone, message, and email, but received no response. This morning, I called the Göktürk branch and found out that the delivery vehicle had caught fire—something everyone seemed to know except me. I was told that the product would be resent. Since I purchased the item through Pazarama, MNG Kargo also shares responsibility. I expect both companies to act more responsibly in this matter. I urgently request that my product be delivered to me as soon as possible.
