My Arcelik AC Order Delay Issue
On June 15th, I placed an order for an air conditioner from Arcelik. Upon returning from the holiday, I was given a delivery appointment for the second half of July. I'm located in central Istanbul and requested an earlier delivery but received no assistance. Frustrated, I immediately canceled my order. Now, I don't want an air conditioner under any circumstances. However, unlike other shopping platforms, there has been no update on my refund for the canceled order. I received a credit card bill for a product I did not and will not receive, yet Arcelik informs me that the refund will be processed within 14 days! This is unacceptable. I expect prompt action from the company.
It took some time, but the refund has been processed. Thank you.
