I Lost Money at ATM While Loading My PayU Card and Never Got It Back
On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, I tried to load money onto my iyzico card via a Vakıfbank ATM (ATM ID: 00028). However, the cash I deposited was never added to my account, and no receipt was printed. Instead, the ATM displayed a vague message along the lines of: "For your security, your money has been retained" (I don’t remember the exact wording).
I waited and checked my iyzico balance multiple times, but there’s still no sign of the funds. I am a student, and this amount is very important to me. I believe PayU Türkiye is responsible for processing iyzico transactions, so I’m reaching out here.
I’ve tried to find support but haven’t gotten any helpful responses. I urgently request an investigation and a full refund of the money that was trapped in the ATM. It’s extremely frustrating to lose money like this and feel ignored. Please treat this issue seriously and respond as soon as possible.
