I purchased a service worth ₺21,250 through Turkpaneli.com using PayTR's "guaranteed" payment system, but the service was never delivered. What Turkpaneli.com is doing is falsely marking services as completed without actually providing them. This is nothing short of misleading. What's even more concerning is that PayTR is facilitating this misleading behavior. I made the payment through PayTR, expecting the service, but it was never delivered. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation, PayTR refuses to take responsibility and issue a refund. They offer a so-called "guarantee," but when you're left with nothing, you realize how misleading that is. It's unacceptable for PayTR to continue working with such firms. They're enabling suspicious businesses and transferring our money to them without proper checks. I can provide clear evidence that I never received the service, yet PayTR chooses to ignore the situation and offers no solution. Using PayTR for payments is highly unsafe. You're risking your money and facing situations like mine where your funds vanish, and no one helps you.
