Bank Of Baroda Paytm Deposit Not Credited

I have a savings account with Bank of Baroda and on 6 March 2026 I made an online deposit using Paytm. The transaction was completed successfully on Paytm’s side, but the deposit has still not been received or reflected in my Bank of Baroda mobile application. The transaction reference number shown to me is 201354808460. Although the money has been debited from my side via Paytm, it has not been credited to my Bank of Baroda savings account, which is causing me serious inconvenience. I have not yet contacted Bank of Baroda or Paytm customer care, and I am raising this complaint so that the issue can be checked and resolved as soon as possible. I kindly request that this transaction be investigated urgently and that the amount related to transaction ID 201354808460 be refunded to my Bank of Baroda savings account without any further delay. I also request written confirmation once this has been done.
